Hi
I signed up for a subscription just before the site crashed, just want to know if i'll get a new subscription or will I have to pay for another?

I have the same problem. If you'll look at the Help forum, they are stating you have to send an email to them with your information and they will reinstate you. I have sent the email. . . We'll see.

Everyone,
Chill out, guys
I've been accessing and posting to this site for over 2 years now. Until the crash, TD admin has been very prompt.
I suspect that with a user base in the thousands they're prety busy at the moment. Trying to get not only the site but all associated dumps refreshed.
I've no doubt that they'll get back to you as soon as they can.

Post subject: Subscription
I was charged $9.99 on my Paypal account. I suppose I would like to upgrade to the $14 subscription. How should I go about doing that?

Post subject: Auto renewal.
I recently saw where I have been set for auto renewal but I have not authorized this. I also do not see anywhere in my account where there is an option to make this not happen. Can u tell me how to turn this off or do I have to somehow close my whole account. also how can I do that if needed?
FYI If auto renewal is somehow setup automatically someone needs to look at that. nothing irritates a customer more than to see they have been charged for something automatically without their authorization.

hi redlight,
if you are one of our long time members i.e. before May then you will be on the old subscription scheme.
I have to state this as i get soooooo many emails regarding this matter
"You DID sign up to an automatically annually renewing paypal subscription"
If you check the email from paypal when you signed up it states in black and white that it is so an gives you the option of cancelling the renewal !!!
Here is a copy of the emails that were sent from paypal to you to demonstrate this:-
"Dear Test,
You have successfully signed up for a subscription to Trandumper Subscription using PayPal.
Your first subscription payment, for $9.99 USD, has already been sent to Trandumper.
------------------------------
Subscription Details
------------------------------
Date of sign up: Jan. 23, 2005
Subscription Name: Trandumper Subscription Subscription Number: S-6XP560dfjwsi73430 Item Number: test
Subscription Terms:
$9.99 USD for each year
Your subscription will automatically renew at the rates stated above unless you cancel prior to the end of the billing period.
If you have any questions or concerns about this subscription, please contact Trandumper."
I'm afraid this couldnt have been made more clear.
Anyone who has joined after the May rebuild of the site will be on the new scheme which does not auto renew

Post subject: subscription issue
I have been a member for more than a year and recently charged a renewal fee. I visit the site and it says I am not a subscriber?!? So I have been charged a subscription fee and yet I am not a subscriber... Please correct the issue.
Thanks,
