Sorry this is late but...
It was a while back, but when I took my 70-219 I believe it was my first Case Study test. So I hope things havent changed too much. This particular type of exam is particularly affected by your technique as much as you knowlwdge. These pointers may help.
1) I tend to skim read the case study first. a few quck notes re the section headings may speed up your search for information later.
2) then read the Q's in detail. Some may even relate to other Q's so try and pick out any case study points that catch your eye, on the scratch pad.
3) Maybe request an additional pad, at the start, I was once caught out with no space on the existing one and they couldnt get into the cabinet where they were, It wasted time and was a distraction.
4) Apply answers (particularly the short ones) to the case study.
5) If all else fails and you get to the stage of it being a lottery, if you understand the "what Microsoft want you to do answer" then you wont be far wrong.
6) be strict about your time management, dont miss putting at least some sort of answer against each question, certainly dont miss a case study!
Good luck!
Oh BTW.... use the latest 70-219 dump.

I have this same exam coming up soon along with 70-221 and a resit of 70-217 ( I took it at the same time as my divorce was going into court so failed due to stress lol)
Any recent feedback as to whether the dumps on here are still current would be great:)

Just as a point to remember in 219 once you end the review of a particular case study you CANNOT go back to that case study. So only move on to the next if your happy you have most of it correct.
70-221 does allow you to review all previous questions and case studies though.
