Ok, this is actually a two way problem that I need fixed ASAP...
My fiance originally created an account for himself to study for some certification tests and I agreed to pay for it via my PayPal account. He created his account under the name dokieboy originally, but it wouldn't let him log in! So, we created another account, dookieboy. With the username dookieboy, I took my visa, paid for a 3 month subscription, and guess what??? NOW everytime we attempt to log in to that account, it says invalid username.
Ok, so at that point my patience was wearing thin because I lost $15 freaking dollars to this website that appears to be looking more like a scam by the minute.
So, I create a username of my own, which is this one, kiwi729. I, again, pay the $15 for this account because unlike my fiance's account, this account does not give me an error when I try to log in. So, I paid. Today when I look at my bank account, the money is debited from my account, but I still do NOT have the services I paid for!! So now I'm out $30! I fully intend to get my $14.99 for the dookieboy account back because we can't even log in to that account.
