Hello admins or whoever is supposed to help me here --
I've just browsed the forums concerning my problem which is, no account activation after my e-check has cleared through paypal. Various threads are showing that this change is supposed to be automatic after the clearing. But guess what, my account is NOT activated, and its showing that I'm not subscribed for the 3 month subscription I have paid for.
I'm also reading that theres a bunch of people having this same exact problem. SO WHATS THE DEAL ADMINS? I've been waiting 5 days so I can start using your website to do some practice cert tests. All I'm seeing so far is a scam to the highest degree.
It appears that the only way to contact you is through this forums. I see no "Contact Us" links or even as much as an e-mail address that I can contact to get the account activated.
My trans ID from paypal is this: Transaction ID: 6YJ06363L57448044
That ID shows that this payment has cleared. Hell your website even tells me that the payment has been completed but I'm not allowed access. Please fix the problem by allowing me into the website to get what I'm paying for, or simply cancel the subscription and refund my money before I take further action. Thank you.

Hi, yes we seem to have a bug in the registration somewhere that doesnt recognize E-Cheque clearing. The payment and subscription system is a Third Party app and we have raised it with the programmers concerned for a resolution. Its made worse that its not all E-Cheque payments that are affected !!

Well no there is no Scam at all, we have 1000s of happy members, just the odd few that arent. We work very hard to resolve all matters. It is best for people to email us direct as we dont always actively monitor the forums, but I do see where the issue lies, since the site went down a few months back the Contact Us section of the site hadnt been rebuilt. I just spent some time doing that now
If ANYONE has registration/activation issues just please use the relevant departmental link from the dropdown on the new menu option on the top left of "Contact Trandumper Staff" or this link direct:-

The problem with your account is now resolved, in fact its been upgraded to a full annual account

Whoa!
Thanks alot for the speedy response and action! I wasn't expecting anything to happen for a couple of days. At any rate, sorry if I came off irate or extremely upset. I was just mildly upset because after all, everyone wants to get what they pay for.
And I really appreciate the action taken. Upgrading the account to an annual one was above and beyond the call of satisfaction! Thanks again!
