I have paid the membership via PayPal and have downloaded the app and some dumps. However, when I try to go to online exams or even my messages I get the following prompt:
We are Sorry but this section of our site is for:: Annual Only
We are Sorry but this section of our site is for:: 3 Months Only
You are trying to access a restricted area.
We are Sorry but this section of our site is for Trandumper Subscription Members Only.

I paid the 9.99 for Trandumper Pocket PC and am getting errors. No response whats-so-ever from admin at all. Got on the site with no problems but the product I was interested is the Trandumper Pocket PC. More later on this subject......but I hope not.

Sorry for delayed response i have been away on a charity trek to Africa 
anyway i have sorted out the problem with the Online Exams, but when you say messages what do you mean ?

Online exams are okay now as you said, when I go to my account and then messages, it displays the following in the main frame:
We are Sorry but this section of our site is for:: Annual Only
We are Sorry but this section of our site is for:: 3 Months Only
You are trying to access a restricted area.
We are Sorry but this section of our site is for Trandumper Subscription Members Only.
