I am working on MCSE certifications. I also plan to take the network+ test offered by CompTIA. Is it necessary or beneficial for me? Where can I find the best training resources for this exam? Can anybody tell?

I used trandumper for my security + exam. I read the book Security + for dummies maybe once through. The rest was all trandumper testing. I got about 88%.
CISSP is quite a bit different. But for Network +, I think this method would be a pretty safe bet.
